He was wearing a black T-shirt and tan trousers. During the second set of the match won by Ferrer by 6/1 6/7(3) 6/4 in two hours and nine minutes, the man walked on court, raised his right arm, fist clenched, and shouted in Swedish "Hell Seger!", which means "Sieg Heil", a Nazi slogan.
The play was interrupted for some seconds, and then resumed after that the the man was led away by security guards. It doesn't happen often in a tennis match on the ATP Tour that a man invades the court. In the 2009 Roland Garros final for example it happened when the match between Roger Federer and Robin Soderling was taking place.
In his 52nd career final on Sunday, Ferrer will face Alexandr Dolgopolov. 'We had a lot of tight games and he had a number of chances on my serve, but I kept it tight and ran away with it in the second set', the Ukrainian player said.
