The houses haven't changed much after last season. The Peru team struggled and had problems with their lineup. This year, they also do not have a full roster yet. It's a difficult time for the "Dusseldorf" team, as they were relegated from the top division and most of their lineup has changed. However, the team has been built strong and is capable of returning to the elite, although they didn't shine in their first match, they still managed to beat Peru. Today's opponent is not the strongest, so I hope the team will continue their good start.
Both teams playing basketball at a fairly fast pace. Indiana is playing with a short rotation due to injuries, lacking their main shooter and leader, Clark. The Vegas team should take advantage of this and play at a maximum fast pace to tire out their opponents. Aces have a full rotation and are led by probably the best WNBA coach.
The Laver Cup is the last event and it seems unlikely to happen, but it doesn't look too bad. Zverev, who has been weak throughout the season, is playing with Fritz, who has won both this season and the last 5 matches between them. Fritz also defeated Alcaraz in this tournament, so the American's form seems to be quite good and they should celebrate with a win.
At 16 points or 20 wins, there doesn't seem to be much of a difference, so I am taking a higher coefficient with a clear line. Well, the main point is, Kėdainiai has an interesting coach with new foreign players and even though they did well last season with good foreign players, we will see how it goes this season and it is very possible that after a successful season, Nevėžis will fall back down. Rytas has very good players who focus on offense and scoring points. In friendly games, Rytas' offensive potential was evident and they had a significant lead over Peru. Yes, the line is high, but Rytas looks very strong, whereas Nevėžis may not be as powerful as before.
In the second tragic day of the Laver Cup where all four matches were lost, the World Team confidently leads and the Europeans don't have much to rely on. Although Alcaraz lost in singles, he looked very good in doubles and also played against Ruud a year ago, so we can expect the same here. The American pair is interesting but doesn't seem very stable or strong, and with a 9-3 score in favor of Europe, I believe the Europeans will make a strong effort to win.
In the Romanian league, Cluj is hosting UTA Arad and they have a very solid chance for both teams to score. Both teams have conceded a lot of goals, but also scored a decent amount in the 8 matches they have played. Cluj has a goal difference of 12:17, with 29 goals in total, averaging almost 3.5 goals per game. Arad club, on the other hand, has a goal difference of 14:13, with an average of 3 goals per game in their 9 matches. Both teams are capable of scoring and conceding a good amount of goals per game. Arad is not as effective in away matches, but Cluj has already scored 4 goals in their home matches so far (with a goal difference of 9:11 in 5 matches). I believe it is a very realistic scenario for both teams to score and make an impact in this match.
Another serious club with a slow start. The good makeup and improving game show that Atletico's worse start must come to an end and the team should dominate again. Mallorca's start is very poor and although they are still considered interesting mid-table contenders, the fact that they consistently concede goals highlights the need for Atletico to take advantage of this opportunity and return to their peak form.
Both teams promote an attacking style. The Munich team is composed of Canadian players and all matches have ended in overs. Straubing also plays in an attacking manner, but the execution is not as good, although they should be able to beat their opponents at home.
Siauliai with Songaila will have endless possibilities, but when gathering players and legionnaires, even trying to train them to defend would be extremely difficult. Very high-level LKL players have arrived, perfect for the Siauliai club. They play in a friendly manner and with good results. Gargzdai's team is weak, but there are also legionnaires in their defense who should be useful in offense. Because I believe this will be an offensive-oriented game, with talented players, Siauliai will win.
One could say more than one thought about this match. Last season, the teams met in the FIBA Europe Cup, where the Estonians confidently won twice in the group stage, which in my opinion makes them significantly stronger this year. We have heard a lot about their preparation for the game against Kalev, as well as their victory over Siauliai. Generally, this club always looks attractive as a team of this level. I cannot say much about Rilski, but their team always seems weak and beatable. The odds are not bad and worth paying attention to, considering the differences in strength.
NFL, the third round... both teams still without a win this season. New York Giants have yet to find their rhythm, but in this matchup they will be looking at the away team more realistically. The latter is a constant participant in the playoffs, a strong and renowned team. Despite Kansas City's five-game losing streak (three losses in the preseason and two in the championship), this matchup should be taken seriously.
Two teams that have direct explosive attacks meet, two of the best attacking teams in the league overall and both hot. The Ravens scored a total of 40+ points against both the Bills and the Browns, while the Lions, after a poor first match against the Packers, who are likely the better defensive team now, only allowed 52 points against the Bears. Of course, both teams have strong defenses, but their attacking talent is out of this world and I believe that both will score a significant amount of points, both in the air and on the ground. We will most likely see a so-called shoot out, where both teams could possibly score over 30 points.
