Before now, it has been an all exclusive battle between Barcelona and Real Madrid on who will land the services of the Brazilian star but right now it is believed that Juventus have opened talks with PSG concerning the player. PSG are also believed to be interested in signing Paulo Dybala, and reports have it that they are willing to add Neymar in their discussions with the Italian champions.
PSG manager Thomas Tuchel has recently maintained that Neymar will not leave the club without a new player coming in, and that player might just be Dybala.
Neymar is obviously eager for a move back to Spain, but idea of pairing up with Ronaldo may be tempting for the Brazillian superstar.

The price quoted from PSG is 250 million Euros, but they are willing to accept the 222 million they paid two years ago.
The actuall challenge Braca and Real are facing is that they have already spent more than 200 million Euros already and are not willing to spend more this summer.
