I have been a member for a long time.then they updated software and now I cannot log in at all.contacting them has not helped so I have been taking my games elseware.this is a shame.😔

You have contacted them and that havent helped.

Did you get a response from them?

What sort of message did you get while signing in ?

How about giving them a call ?

I ran $20 up to $1200 on UB and requested a payout and couldn't log in afterward. Completely stiffed! Even after dozens of phone conversations with support.

The problem stemmed from the UB/absolute merger. This effectively made my account a duplicate. Support has finally got it straightened out. New Id new PW.......lot of frustration.
