Is something wrong with FT?

This Sunday's IX tourney is the 3rd one this weekend that I was registered for that is having problems with registration. Is it just me, or does it seem like they're having more and more problems?

Yeah...been having probs for about 2 weeks now...on and off. not only with ix..but other pre reg forum games iv tried playing too.....ive contacted customer support on the issue, still waiting on reply:confused:

FT support are absolutely terrible.
They answer sure enough but it is never their fault. It is never their new software that is showing me that there are no private freerolls listed, but instead they suggest maybe it is internet lag haha.
In one query I had, they eventually conceded that I wasn't able to find the OFC game listed because I had selected ALL in my filter and all doesn't include private.
They have their own Full tilt meaning for the common English word, ALL.
They had also 'forgotten' that I told them in the same e-mail that I had only selected all because the game wasn't listed under private😡😡😡!

It is never their fault
