I'm a little confused here. As far as I know, unless something has changed very recently, FullTiltPoker, PokerStars, Bodog, the Cake network skins [or vast majority], Merge network skins [ditto], Everleaf Gaming network [ditto -- but supposedly only allowed one account on the entire network] and probably some others all accept US players for real money accounts. [Yes, there are some rooms and networks that won't.] So, presumably, finding a new room to play at is not the issue. . .
I understand that there are some websites that will "stake" you to a bankroll, quite likely with some restrictions on the money you're given, so maybe that's what you're actually looking for? Is that what the mentioned website does? If that's the route you want to go, make sure all terms & conditions are digested and considered. You don't want to find out you after signing the deal that you cannot play certain games or certain stakes. . .
And, when worse comes to worse, there are always the poker rooms own freerolls to help players start [re]building a bankroll -- against very long odds, but it can be done. And there are always private games provided by forum and websites -- some completely open, some requiring active contribution to their community -- that will be much easier to make money in than the poker rooms' own freerolls. . .
But, I'm fairly certain you know all this already, so if I was mistaken in interpretting your original post, please clarify and maybe I can provide better information in return. . .

Well that sucks, cause I love to play poker, but wanted a change. It is going to be very hard to make new real money accounts on new sites. Some one tell me what will we do US players, what will we do? X
