I can't give this big edge for the Efes. Yes they are stronger this season and showing great results but you can't underestimate the team with big potential and individual strong teams whenever they playing after 2 wins or 5 lost like now. They change a head coach and these type of changes usually works as an advantage for the team. IMO this match should be very close and I wouldn't be surprised that the end of the result will deal in the last shot. So this handicap looks alright and preventing a fouling range handicap also.
