Where Barsa usually dominates and I don't expect anything else here. The attack of Bayern is probably the best in all of Europe and even without Lewandowski I think they can still score a lot of goals because Ferran does a great job replacing him. + Inter has been showing strong defense lately. Although Inter hasn't been scoring many goals recently, they have potential in the front. Against Barca, it's always possible to find cracks in their high defensive line, so I think the Italians will make their mark here. I think the Catalans will win 3-1.
Many people underestimate the importance of having motivation and similar things in life, like when they come to Australia or start losing right away, but I don't think it's realistic to stop the win streak of ropz+zywoo and even Spirit, who still lack teamwork skills, coming from Peru. They shouldn't have a lot of impact.
I believe it is safe to say it is a 10/10 choice. No matter how poorly Wolves may play, this season's Juventus is better, unless you compare them to Mažeikiai. They are a very weak team with many predictable problems. The Wolves team is not always excellent, but lately they seem to be getting even better, maybe because they are fighting for the third place. I think Juventus has the best chances, they may not even make it to the playoffs and even in Utena, the team does not shine and looks very bad. Wolves play a point-based basketball, and when Juventus struggles to score points, Wolves seem like a clear favorite and are likely to win the game.
Oly wins in the series with a score of 2:0 and it's not surprising. The whole season they played steadily and deservedly took the first place. Real doesn't seem as threatening this season as they have been in the past seasons. The only one playing really well in this series is Hezonja. Well, their game overall is not impressive. They barely made it to the playoffs in the first place.
I consider Oly to be the favorites to win the league. They are well-equipped and well-coached. Real has not won a single season so far. The odds for Oly as favorites are too high for Real.
Eighth final. The series returns to Los Angeles with a tied score of 2:2. A multitude of goals have been scored in all matches: between 6 and 11 per game. Since the "Kings" were close to securing a third victory in the previous meeting (leading 3:1), but ultimately lost it in the last moments, they will definitely be seeking revenge and "decorate" the opponent's goal with pucks in their own arena. All the chances are there, as the Edmonton goalie has not been very reliable in the game. And the Canadian defenders don't really help him either, since the "Oilers" are not known for their defensive puck control.
Returning from injury, Edmonton's attacking leader McDavid has regained his speed, so the guests won't be left without scoring goals either. In other words, no one is expecting boring and goalless matches. The party continues.
The loss of Lewandowski here is a big one, but at the moment there is a rise in Ferranas, who compensates for this loss. This is also a characteristic of Flick's Barca, as they have players to replace essential ones and endless variations. This season is going smoothly so far. The Polish player is doing great in goal. Raphinha and Yamalis are showing incredible skill. Of course, it won't be easy here. Inter is a strong and well-built team. Their lineup has been together for several years. However, the essential thing is that Inter is going through a tough period. They haven't won four games in a row. The last one was a tragedy – a 0-3 loss to Milan in the cup. Serie A has lost its leader status and now everything is in Napoli's hands, as even Inter is not in control of the situation. I believe Barca will score at least two goals here, comfortably securing their spot in the next round against Milan. In my opinion, Barca will also have a boost after winning the cup against a major rival.
The Haugesund club, which fought and survived last season, is once again dominating from the wrong side. Losing 3 out of 4 league matches, conceding 9 goals and scoring only 1, it seems that they will once again be the underdogs. Viking is a top Norwegian club that plays very well and their start to this season shows their confidence, although the last few matches did not go as planned. With 4 goals scored against their opponents, I believe that Viking is a strong favorite. In regards to the home matches against Haugesund, the last 5 meetings ended in a victory for Viking, with only a 1 goal difference in 1 match, showing their dominance.
Even though Barca is a goal guarantee this season, don't expect much in the first leg match against Inter in the Champions League semi-finals. Inter knows how to play defensively, and after winning the King's Cup, we will also see what form Barca will be in. I think it will be a match with lots of scrutiny and not many goals.
Juve Stabia is playing amazingly well at home in recent times, with only 1 loss in 10 matches. The points are crucial, as it is still possible to fight for a spot in the play-offs and avoid additional games. The opponent seems favorable, as they have been struggling and not playing good football lately, and one of their main defenders will miss the game due to yellow cards.
Weak series, Nunn plays but in my opinion, the better scorer in Euroleague should have more shots. Series 1-1, it is necessary to win in Turkey now. At least one better league player, who so far seems very awkward, Nunn will have to lead his team forward. I think the added fact that Larkin is currently overshadowing him should add personal motivation to change that. In general, his shooting in the series is normal, but the good shots just don't fall, however in sports, percentages always even out and Nunn should start doing that. I'm waiting for at least 25 points from him.
In this season, Olympiacos won 4-0 against Real and of course, one of these victories was achieved in Madrid. Real has a strong team, but they are not performing well this year and their team often struggles. Although they had a good run, when it's time to play against a well-balanced team, Real tends to collapse. Olympiacos, with Vezenkov, looks unbeatable, and when Fournier and other mega talents are added to the team, I don't see many chances for Real at home.
