Žuvelė su čekų \\\"buldozeriu\\\" praslydo vis dėlto į trečią ratą. Abiejuose mačuose prireikė 3-čio seto, t.y. ilgojo T-Breako. Stebėjau mačą su Dodig/Melo pora, bei faktas, jog didelio įspūdžio ši pora nepaliko. Pirmam sete neturėjo šansų, antram sete prasprūdo tik dėl to, jog varžovai atsipalaidavo, o trečią setą nulėmė vien sėkmės faktorius. Dima su old-menu pirmą mačą praėjo taip pat sunkiai, po 3-jų setų, nors tiesą sakant ir varžovas nebuvo iš silpnūjų. Vis dėlto, antrojo rato mačas man paliko geresnį įspūdį - per 2 setus, nesunkiai nugalėta Kverio/Džonsono pora. All in all, dvejetai yra slidus dalykus, bet vis dėlto reikia investuot kažkur litus, uždirbtus iš to, kad nestačiau ant Ryčkos :].

    Two very good serving tennis players looked quite impressive in this tournament. Medvedev, after defeating Popyrin, I think should once again surprise and not give up easily. In their only previous meeting, they played three sets, which we can expect here as well. Both serve well but are inconsistent and can easily lose a set, especially on this hard court where a tiebreak is also a very real possibility.

    Alexander Zverev - Francisco Cerundolo

    The strange coefficient in favor of Cerundolo, as he has a kryptonite against Zverev, who has already beaten him three times out of three. Of course, on a hard court it will be a different story, but psychologically it won't be easy for Zverev, no matter how Argentinian he may be. This year, Cerundolo has had decent results on hard courts, but it was at the beginning of the season and he can definitely maintain his intensity with his shots. It is important not to jump into too many rallies and I think everything should be fine, so my two choices will be to win in three sets, and finally break the curse against Argentina.
