Wolfsburg - Straubing

The second meeting of these teams in Dubai this season. The first time they met in the Euroleague, Dubai won against Muša, who is now injured but had a 55% 3-point accuracy (11 out of 20) in the ABA league and after a double week, Partizan seems to be the clear favorite in my opinion. The Dubai effect should not have such a strong impact on Partizan as it is their fourth match in this arena in the last two seasons. Both teams have some questions with their lineups, but on this day Partizan seems to be better and both teams like to change players, so it is Partizan's turn.

The Dubai game has been going downhill lately. There seems to be some misunderstanding in defense, it looks terrible. They allow the opponents to make 3-point shots too frequently. Partizan is also playing poorly, but at least they have some ideas. Golemac got a contract, but Dubai hasn't even started playing. I don't see these teams as serious contenders. Bacon and Kabengele have improved their game since the start. It could be said that Petrusev is carrying the team on his back. Partizan is a better team than their current results show this season, but with Obradovic's projects, it's often the case that the team struggles in the beginning and the results don't show. It's been a month already, so I think we should start seeing some better performances, and maybe even take the local champ and Euroleague club to Peru for a good start.
