Two highly driven teams that won the first competition, Raiders defeated Patriots 13-20 on the road, Chargers beat Kansas City 21-27 in Brazil, so the fact that Raiders only allowed 13 points says very little about them as the Patriots offense was very limited. Meanwhile, Raiders themselves only scored 20 points due to the strong Patriots defense. The fact that Chargers scored 27 points against one of the best NFL defenses says a lot about them, but the fact that they allowed 21 points against the struggling Kansas offense, which has been affected by injuries, also says a lot about them and their defense. I see this as an overing game, a shootout, where the guests should take on the leading role, while the hosts will be following.
