Susitinka slovėnas Aljazas Bedene ir jaunas ispanas Roberto Carballes Baena.
Čia einu su labiau patyrusio Bedenes pergale. Abu visiški gruntininkai, bet ispanas dar nepriaugęs Bedenes lygio. Kalbant apie slovėna, panašu, jog šis po truputį atgauna formą, lengvai įveiktas Safwatas. Tiesa, trijų setų prireikė įveikti Coppejansui (pralaimėjęs pirmajį setą, kitus du Bedene tiesiog sutaršė belgą). Bet nereikėtų pamiršti, jog ir pastarasis ant bangos - šeštadienį laimėtas kitas challenger turas Maroke.
