Hapoel Raanana pradėjo lygą pergale 4-0 prieš silpnesnę lygos komandą Hapoel Petach Tikva. Tada sekančias rungtynes pralošė 2-0 prieš stipriausią lygos komandą Maccavi Tel Aviv. Tačiau tose rungtynėse komanda atrodė labai gerai ir tuos du įvarčius praleido tik varžybų pabaigoje, po to kai vienas iš žaidėjų 73 minutę gavo raudoną kortelę. Apskritai Hapoel Raanana atrodo labai motyvuota komanda. Komandos žaidėjai beveik nepasikeitę nuo praėjusio sezono. Komandai vadovauja naujas jaunas treneris Silvas, kuris, atrodo, moka motyvuoti žaidėjus ir taip yra geras taktikas kaip matėme rungtynėse prieš Maccabi.

Maccabi Petach Tikva, mano nuomone, yra viena silpniausių lygos komandų turinti problemų su gynyba. Per paskutines dvejas rungtynes jie praleido 7 įvarčius. Pirmas rungtynes 3-0 jie pralošė prieš tą patį Maccabi Tel Aviv. Sekančias varžybas svečiuose sužaidė 4-4 prieš Netanya komandą. Įdomus faktas tas, kad Netanya iki rungtynių su Maccabi Petach Tikva keturias rungtynes iš eilės nebuvo pelniusi nei vieno įvarčio.
