Na labai intriguojantis mačas šiandien vyks Toronte susitinka belgas Goffin(14 pasaulio raketė) su prancūzų Gael Monfils(16 pasaulio raketė).Abu demonstruoja tikrai neblogą formą,bet vis dėlto Gael atrodo geriau,prieš tai laimėtas turnyras Vašingtone jam suteikė dar didesnius sparnus ir jis čia tiesiog žaidžia dar geriau,aišku, varžovai nebuvo patys stipriausi,bet tiek su Sousa,tiek su turnyro šeimininku Pospisil susidorota lengvai,Goffin laimėjo antrame raunde prieš Querrey,kuris retirino. Mačui intrigos suteikia ir tai,kad šie tenisininkai dar niekada nebuvo susitikę(neskaitant challengerio). Gael privalumai visiems puikiai žinomi:puikus darbas nuo galinės linijos,labai atletiškas,puikiai žaidžia ilgus rally,turi neblogą forehandą,Gofino stiprioji pusė yra jo backhandas iš tikrųjų labai stiprus jo ginklas. Tačiau Gael turi geresnį return'ą bei jo išsivedimas jam turėtų atnešti pergalę sunkioje dvikovoje. Prognozuoju 2-1 Gael pergalę!

    The Spanish man, who looks very good, continues to amaze with how well he performs on the hard courts of America. Although, as usual, sometimes his concentration fades, but the Peruvian team is defeated. Mensik, being his first tournament, had a tough match against Boyer, but the mistakes made by the Czech man will not be given as gifts to the Spanish man anymore. I truly believe that the Spanish man will win and it's a shame that he is the favorite, but it's not just because the Czech man looks weak, but also because the Spanish man plays very well.

    Today's choice - the Czech Republic vs the solidly appearing Spaniard. Davidovich Fokina defeated Moutet in the first round of Toronto, but after a successful previous tournament, I believe this is where his period will end. The loss to A. De Minaur in the final required a lot of emotions. Meanwhile, Jakub Mensik took a break after Wimbledon and returned to his favorite hard court. The crucial factor is that Jakub suffered a painful defeat to Fokina in Australia earlier this year. So, two recent losses allow me to predict Mensik's first match against Peru in today's Toronto ATP Masters tournament.
