Many Info from flashcore
Sousa and Bemelmans have one thing in common, both of these players went through a terrible run of form before arriving at Antwerp this week.
Bemelmans really needed the home comfort as he had a forgettable North American hard-court swing in 2017, he lost 7 of these 8 matches losing to the likes of Gojo, Fawcett and Broady. His only win in those eight matches came against Bester who is struggling for fitness this year.
Sousa on the other hand has lost 9 of his last 10 matches before this week, but he faced much more established players during this bad run unlike his opponent Bemelmans.
The 29-year-old Belgian must be delighted with his performance week, he got two big wins against Gojowczyk and Kyrgios after losing the first set on both occasions. Meanwhile, Sousa needed three sets to beat Paire who was on a three-match losing run and Stakhovsky who has failed to win consecutive matches since US Open.
Sousa's last title win came at ATP Valencia (indoor) while Bemelmans won a Challenger event this season in Indoor (Koblenz). These two players have met twice before with both winning one each, the most recent meeting and the only indoor clash was edged by Bemelmans in three sets.
All-time indoor record: Sousa- 51/39, Bemelmans- 207/108. YTD indoors record: Sousa- 3/1, Bemelmans- 12/4.

The strange coefficient in favor of Cerundolo, as he has a kryptonite against Zverev, who has already beaten him three times out of three. Of course, on a hard court it will be a different story, but psychologically it won't be easy for Zverev, no matter how Argentinian he may be. This year, Cerundolo has had decent results on hard courts, but it was at the beginning of the season and he can definitely maintain his intensity with his shots. It is important not to jump into too many rallies and I think everything should be fine, so my two choices will be to win in three sets, and finally break the curse against Argentina.
