I think it is a great handicap. We don't need to discuss about the difference between these two teams. Lithuania doesn't have their best players but they still will have good players and they are better than the players of Kosov. Kosov has 3 American players but one of them is not registered, the other one hasn't played yet. It will be very important the difference of points and we shouldn't see that players will relax. I don't think that there will be a problem to win against Kosov with -13.5 handicap.
