The logic is simple. Man United will have to play without Pogba and Matic. I think City will use of it. Man United is not defending confidently as they did. They conceded a goal 3 games in a row. They are unpredictable. City is playing probably the best football through the whole club's history and they have one more chance to be better than United. If they win this game, they almost will have the title.

I didn't look to the statistics because it means nothing in this game. The preparation for the game also will be different. United can't only defend against City. They will have to play attacking style of football.

I picked up this bet now because the odds will be unstable and we don't know what they give before the match.
