Halep leads 2-1 and their first meeting was in 2014 at indian wells on hard. there were 25 games in total of 3 sets. bouchard crushed oceane dodin in first match here after starting the year losing one after another. halep is the numnber 1 seed here and already a title in shenzen but had some not so easy matches already such as duan, siniakova in final and here destanee aiava where she managed to turn the match on its head after poor start. bouchard showed good service and she is semifinalist here she likes this tournament. I don't want to be greedy and take her for the win as she meets number one seed. we'll see
