The BPL season is finally upon us and here's my top bet for the weekend. Spurs win over Newcastle. This is more of a pick because of newcastle's situation than tottenham's. Newcastle have had a terrible pre-season, but not only that, their players have been in disagreement with the owners mike ashley club bonuses and they even skipped the co-operation with the media due to that fact. Newcastle got smashed 4-0 by Braga and lost at home to Augsburg in the past week so that even more proves how poor their situation is. Tottenham have loked good in pre-season other than losing 4-1 to Girona. They beat Roma Milan and took Barca to pens without Kane or Alli playing and they may not feature here either but there are enough top class players that will play that should get the job done plus the youth players have been really impressive at Spurs. I think Tottenham wins here 0-2

    Leicester is definitely not a defensive team, last season in the Championship they demonstrated one of the better attacking styles. This season, their play in the Premier League is similar, focused on offense, and since the level is even higher, there are some problems in defense. After a passive match against Arsenal, Chelsea played and seemed satisfied with a tie, although they had chances. Against this kind of opponent, a win is necessary. With so much talent in the team, scoring goals should not be difficult.

    With such a lineup, Chelsea will undoubtedly focus on defense, but I would say the 3-4-2-1 formation will lead to a strong attack, even away from home. The team's form is definitely good and we can expect a good game. Leicester, on the other hand, does not seem strong and I think they will have to play defensively in order to have a chance, as it's unlikely they will win unless something miraculous happens.

    Chelsea has been demonstrating a very powerful attack this season. However, with such a squad, which is in the top 3 leagues and with a new coach, their game has significantly improved after the last season. Leicester, after a couple of matches from Manchester's death, conceded 3 and 5 goals. At home, they also conceded 3 against Nottingham. So it won't be easy for them to stay in the league. At the moment, Chelsea is the highest scoring team in the league, so I hope for at least 2-3 goals.

    Chelsea has been demonstrating a truly powerful offense this season. However, with such a strong squad that has changed its coach, their game has significantly improved after the last season. Leicester has lost a couple of matches from Manchester by 3 and 5 goals. At home, they lost against Nottingham by 3 goals again. It will not be easy for this team to stay in the league. Currently, Chelsea is leading the league in terms of scoring goals, so I hope for at least 2-3 goals.
