I think this is a 50/50 but I'll pick the higher odds. Medvedev is in incredible form right now, winning Winston-Salem tournament winning every match in straight sets, now started with a dominant 3-0 win over Donskoy. He's just playing domiannt tennis and now he faces a wonderkid in Tsitsipas. Tsitsipas is also playing well, had a great Rogers Cup run where he made the final, but ever since he hasn't played much tennis only two matches and got tested by Robredo in the first round. I think Medvedev is currently in better situation plus he won this meeting earlier this year so I hope there may be some mental edge.
