Hoverla šiemet atrodo labai susilpnėjusi, nes neteko net trijų teami labai svarbių žaidėjų ir juos pakeitė jaunimo teams žaidėjais. Tuo tarpu Kyiv Basket 2 yra nauja dublerinė Kyiv team (bent jau profesionaliame lygmenyje), kuri pateko į Super Lygą, todėl nusprendė įsteigti jaunimo komandą. Smarkiai Peru čia Hoverla, kuri šiemet nebebus didelė jėga šitam čempionate, o ir praeitais turėjo problemų ne su viena jaunimo team (dublerinės teams nesunkiai padengdavo tokius spreadus).
