Simply put, both teams are tragic and very tragic. Of course, GG is probably even more tragic, as they have not won a single round throughout the game, but heroic is not much better. The only difference between the teams is probably that heroic has one more talented player who may be able to turn the game around. They may not always win, but among such tragic teams, even a small difference seems significant.
