Neptūną palikus Weaveriui atrodė, kad team turėtų susilpnėti, tačiau žaidėjas atrodo gadino teams mikroklimata, nebūdavo susikoncentravęs pries silpnesnės teams, taip pat forma į sezoną pabaigą nebuvo gera.
