Hello, U19 Women's World Cup and Latvia take on Mali. I'm picking Mali Handicap. I watched the game between Latvia and Mozambique today and it was tragic, Latvia lost the rebounding battle massively and the only reason they won was because Mozambique shot 21% from the 2 point range which lead to Latvia winning by 14 while the Handicap was 13.5 meanwhile Mali got destroyed by Belgium but I think they didn't go hard enough in that game and Belgium are very strong and by the way in the u18 Championships Mali destroyed Mozambique 86-33. In my opinion the Handicap is 4-5 points too big and I will even back a Mali win with a little amount. The Handicap should be covered quite comfortably by Mali. Good luck.
