Αργεντινή - Ουρουγουάη. Τραγική διαχείριση στο πρώτο παιχνίδι από τον Μαρτίνο και μια Αργεντινή που ήταν 2-0 στο ημίχρονο κόντρα στην Παραγουάη, αναδείχθηκε ισόπαλη με 2-2. Αλλαγές επιθετικών με το σκορ στο 2-1 και την Παραγουάη να έχει ανέβει μέτρα στο γήπεδο, είναι λάθος και πιστεύω ότι δεν θα πέσει πάλι στην παγίδα ο Μαρτίνο, να αλλάζει επιθετικούς επειδή είναι όλοι πρωτοκλασάτα ονόματα. Η Ουρουγουάη δεν έπεισε στο 1-0 κόντρα στην Τζαμάικα, φάνηκε πολύ η απουσία του Σουάρεζ. Λογικά θα μπει και πάλι φουριόζα η Αργεντινή, αυτή τη φορά δεν θα επαναλάβει τα ίδια λάθη. Άσος από ημίχρονο στο 2.52.​
