Bayern finished their fight in March against the elite of Europe, Barcelona, who demonstrated their true class and equal standing. They played a 1-1 draw at home and were gallantly defeated 4-2 away. Hoffenheim still has a small chance to fight for Europe in a miracle scenario, but those chances are very slim.
