Η Λουκέρνη δεν κατάφερε να εκμεταλλευτή το κακό φεγγάρι που περνάει η Βασιλεία και μοιραία γνώρισε την ήττα από την βασιλεία μέσα στο Σέντ Γιάκομπ Πάρκ με σκορ 2-1. Στο ημίωρο βρέθηκε πίσω στο σκορ και λίγο πριν το 80' δέχτηκε και το δεύτερο ενώ στο ενδιάμεσο είχε πολλή καλές ευκαιρίες για να ισοφαρίσει αλλά δεν κατάφερε να κάνει κάτι. Στο φινάλε του παιχνιδιού το μόνο που κατάφερε ήταν να πετύχει το γκολ με πέναλτι και να μείωση το τελικό αποτέλεσμα υπέρ της. Το γκολ το πέτυχε ο Ελέκε όπου στο τέλος του παιχνιδιού δήλωσε πως είναι πανέτοιμος για να βοηθήσει την ομάδα του αφού κατάφερε να ξεπεράσει πλήρως τον τραυματισμό του, υπήρχαν φήμες πως ήταν έτοιμος να υπογράψει στην Βασιλεία.
Στα αγωνιστικά νέα τώρα, ο προπονητής της ομάδας Βάιλερ δεν θα έχει στην διάθεσή του γι αυτό το παιχνίδι και πάλι τους μπακ Λούστενμπέργκερ και Τσίρκοβιτς. Έτσι κι αλλιώς αυτοί οι 2 παίκτες δεν έχουν καθόλου παιχνίδια στα πόδια τους από την αρχή της σεζόν.
Για την Σιόν αυτό το παιχνίδι θα είναι το ντεμπούτο του Μουράτ Γιακίν στον πάγκο της ομάδασ. Στο παιχνίδι με την Τουν δεν μπορούσε να βρίσκεται στο πάγκο καθώς προερχόταν από τιμωρία. Την πέμπτη η ομάδα της Σίον γνώρισε την ήττα από την Ζυρίχη μέσα στην έδρα της με σκορ 1-2 σε ένα πολύ όμορφο παιχνίδι. Η Ζυρίχη κατάφερε να προηγηθεί αλλά η Σιόν έχανε απίστευτες μέχρι το 80' οπού και κατάφερε να ισοφαρίσει. Μετά βέβαια από την ισοφάριση μέσα σε ένα λεπτό κατάφερε να φάει γκολ και έτσι να διαμορφωθεί το τελικό 1-2. Η Σιόν πάντως φωνάζει για ένα πέναλτι που δεν της δόθηκε.
Στα αγωνιστικά νέα τώρα, δεν υπάρχουν ιδιαίτερα προβλήματα στην ομάδα αφού ο τερματοφύλακας Μιτρούσκιν, ο μπακ Ανγκά, ο αμυντικός Αμπντελαουί, ο μέσος Κουκέλι και ο μέσος Καρλίτος δεν υπολογίζονται για το αποψινό παιχνίδι.
Η εκτίμησή μου είναι, πως σήμερα θα δούμε μια διαφορετική Σιόν. Ο προπονητής θα παρατάξει την ομάδα με αρκετές αλλαγές θέλοντας να περάσει την δικιά του νοοτροπία. Η Λουκέρνη αν παίξει όπως έπαιξε και με την Βασιλεία δεν νομίζω να χάσει με τίποτα.

    Africa, Women's AFCON. The champions PAR face off against ambitious Ghana. PAR is a well-balanced team, able to adapt to opponents, and they can punish with their attacking game, which is one of the best in the tournament. They can also be more pragmatic if needed. I think this will be a game where they won't need to show a lot of pragmatism, but rather focus on their attacking abilities. First and foremost, they are the favorites and everyone is waiting for them, but Peru. The next thing to note is that Ghana is not a very defensive team, they like to play open football and they have a lot of young players without much tournament experience, especially in defense. There could be some problems there because while their attacking may be young, there is still a lot of talent and experience, while in defense there is less talent and their most experienced defender is already 36 years old. It will be very difficult for her to handle a game against a top African team like PAR. I think Ghana will struggle the most in defense and will have to push forward, whether they want to or not, in order to try and at least get some points in this game. This could open up the game and we can expect at least three goals, with PAR scoring at least a couple of them.
