Για την 32η αγωνιστική του Ολλανδικού πρωταθλήματος ο Άγιαξ υποδέχεται την Φίτεσε.

Συνεχίζει εντυπωσιακά ο Άγιαξ για την κατάκτηση του τίτλου τρεις αγωνιστικές πριν το τέλος του πρωταθλήματος. Μετά την μεγάλη πρόκριση στα ημιτελικά του Champions League , πέτυχε μια ακόμα νίκη την περασμένη εβδομάδα σε μια δύσκολη έδρα. Επιβλήθηκε πολύ δύσκολα έχοντας σύμμαχο και την τύχη της Γκρόνινγκεν με 1-0, με γκολ που πέτυχε στο 77΄ και παρά την πίεση που δέχτηκε στο υπόλοιπο του παιχνιδιού άντεξε και πήρε την σπουδαία νίκη. Με αυτό το τρίποντο παραμένει στην κορυφή της βαθμολογίας, σε ισοβαθμία με την Αιντχόφεν αλλά υπερέχει στην διαφορά τερμάτων(+11 γκολ) και δύσκολα θα καλυφθεί από τους περσινούς πρωταθλητές. Έτσι ο Άγιαξ το μεγάλο φαβορί για την κατάκτηση του τίτλου, κρατώντας την τύχη στα χέρια του , με στόχο το απόλυτο στα εναπομείναντα ματς, αρχής γενομένης από το σημερινό.

Σπουδαία νίκη για την Φίτεσε την περασμένη εβδομάδα και από βαθμολογικής άποψης αλλά και από τον τρόπο που ήρθε. Υποδέχτηκε την Τσβόλε και από το 27 ΄, με το σκορ να είναι στο 1-1, αναγκάστηκε να παίξει με παίχτη λιγότερο αλλά παρόλα αυτά έφτασε σε μια μεγάλη νίκη με 4-1! Στην επανάληψη ήταν εντυπωσιακή και κατάφερε να σκοράρει 3 φορές για να διαμορφώσει το τελικό σκορ. Με αυτή την νίκη έφτασε στην 6η θέση και τους 47 βαθμούς και να παραμένει στις θέσεις που δίνουν συμμετοχή στα πλέι οφ Ευρώπης.

Σε τρομερή κατάσταση ο Άγιαξ αυτή την εποχή έχοντας στα τελευταία 10 ματς πρωταθλήματος 9 νίκες και μόλις μια ήττα και δύσκολα θα χάσει βαθμούς στην απόρθητη έδρα του. Αναμένεται να φτάσει σε μια ακόμα νίκη αλλά η Φίτεσε δεν είναι κακή όσο δείχνουν οι αποδόσεις και πάει στο ματς χωρίς άγχος. Μπορεί με την ποιότητα που διαθέτει επιθετικά να σκοράρει έστω και μια φορά σε ένα ματς που αναμένεται να έχει φάσεις και πολλά γκολ.
