A friendly tournament in France for women... Angola, Czech Republic, Spain and the hosts France, ahead of the upcoming European Women's Handball Championship on 11/28 (Thursday), came together for a final rehearsal. On the first day of the tournament, Czech Republic emerged victorious against Angola (a strong opponent), and Spain surprisingly defeated the clear favorite, the host team. The latter match showed that the Spanish team prioritizes defense - they closely watched and shut down the star attackers of France, making it difficult for them to score points, resulting in Spain's win. Of course, this is a friendly tournament, but Spain leaves a good impression and I think it will be difficult for Czech Republic to stop them today, as the Spanish team's defense has significantly improved.
