Lazio are playing unstably but one of the reasons are that they are playing in Europa league. They can concentrate on the local league now. Lazio played against almost all top league teams: Juventus, Fiorentina, Inter, Roma. Genoa couldnt have win a game 15 times in a row. The only positive sign is that they played well against Salernitana in a Cup game. But they concede many goals during the games.
