Įdomi serija nusimato, bet čia favoritais laikau būtent Brukliną. Nors namų pranašumo neturės, tačiau Nets labiau patyrusi team. Tai yra tas atvejis, kai užimtos vietos reg. sezone (dėl įvairių priežasčių, traumos, Irvingo neskiepas ir t.t.) neatspindi komandų pajėgumo. Sunku buvo tikėtis, kad 2 vietą užėmęs, gausi Brukliną. Tačiau Bostonas stos į kovą, lengva nesitikiu, kad bus, visgi Celtics didžiąją dalį serijos versis be savo pagrindinio centro R. Williamso, o tai jau yra nemažas handicap Bruklinui. Tuo tarpu, Nets gali sulaukt Simmonso 4 rungtynėse. Bruklinas turi ir patyrusiu žaidėjų, ir puikių snaiperių, kuriems Durant ir Irving gali atrišt rankas. Po mainų sudėtis atrodo solidžiai, nes Hardenas per daug ožiavosi, chemistry dabar gera, skelbiama, kad kiekvienas žaidėjas pasitiki kitu ir galima telktis Peru.
