It is third game for both La Liga2 teams. Las Palmas had a chances to get into La Liga last season but they werent lucky. Andorra are newborns, they came here from lower league. All in all, Andorra lack experience of playing in such tournament. They need some time. I don't think they can compete with the home team yet.
