Costa Rica's period is very small and others allow a lot of period. Taking the last one against the Spaniards -5 and leading 7-0 and when 21 minutes were already 0-2, and taking from the selection the numbers are the same as in the WC selection (lost New Zealand -5, Panama -8, USA -9, El Salvador -6, Canada -6, and only Jamaica +2 and Martinique +3) I think you can take -3.5 or -4 and -2.5 with @1.66 looks really reliable.
