Belgium are underestimated too much and there is too much gossip about the sideline events. For the Belgians, the situation spoils the goal ratio, so a draw, even with the loss of Morocco by 1 or 2 goals, will not open the period further. So there is nothing left here but to fight for 3 points. The situation is much better for the Croats, but if Morocco wins, they become the main opponent for the Belgians, who will have to attack here in all scenarios. Croats showed their potential in counterattacks against Canada. I can hardly imagine the national team leaving the stadium without a goal.
