Medvedev is solid player and hard courts, not like Fokina and regarding how Fokina played before here Medvedev should win easily a specially when his defensive is almost perfect and Fokina serving really bad at hard court

This happened a long time ago, but Norway seems quite strong in this tournament and even though Khachanov is the most serious opponent now, he can still be confidently beaten. Karen himself had relatively weak opponents, but still dropped a set and overall the Russian doesn't seem very stable. So when Ruud catches a pretty good form, I think he has a chance to win.
