Both teams with different results. Dortmund won all games this year while Hoffenheim won only 1 and lost 7, including friendly. Dortmund are playing perfectly at the moment. They look solid with Haller and other players. I think Borussia are clear favourites here and they should win against team such as Hoffenheim.
