Bolivia lost their last game but they won against Saudi Arabia and ended their 7 lost game run. Chile are going to play their third game, their results are really good, they should win against Bolivia as well. Chile won against Cuba 3-0, 5-0 against Dominic Republic. I think it is worth to take Chile with such odds.
