PSV strengthen their squad and they have big chances to get trough the last round. They signed Dest from barca, Jerdy from Bologna, Tillman from Bayern and others. They are ready to get into the group stage.
Rangers played poorly in friendly games, they started a local championship with a loss. I think the odds will fall down even more. Rangers were lucky in the first game, PSv dominated and could have scored even more goals.
