3.5 handicap is low, in my opinion. Montenegro have chances to get into Euro and they need to win 2 games and wait for Serbia fiasko. This game doesnt mean anything for Lithuania but they are in good form. First game ended 2-2 and we saw only 2 cards but players made 25 fouls. Now we have referee who shows an average of 3-4 cards per game. I expect 22-30 fouls here and at least 4 cards.
