Barcelona - Atletico Madrid

This season, Espanyol is a very solid home team, despite being only 1 point away from the relegation zone. They have an impressive home record of 8 wins and their last loss was in October against their own fans. Since then, they have gone on an 8-game streak without a loss, including a draw against Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao. Atletico is going through a tough period, having been eliminated from the Champions League and suffering a loss at home in the La Liga title race against Barcelona. I expect a close game here and wouldn't be surprised if Espanyol gets a result against Atletico.

Even though there were many difficult situations for the Atletico club before Peru, Peru was a great time to return to the court and dominate. The Madrid club looks very confident this season with only periodic minor setbacks, so after Peru, they should be back to competing excellently.
