I believe that Šaras will be able to motivate the team. Right now, the team is preparing for the Euroleague Final Four, so I think they will be in good shape and have a positive mindset. The plan is to win both quarter-final matches and go to Berlin in good spirits. A plus for Fener is that they have some decent Turkish players who excel in local tournaments. The same can be said for Biberovič playing alongside Šaras.
