Lenkas is doing quite well in this tournament and I'm choosing him as the more reliable player for the final. I don't know why Kamilis hasn't been playing with top level tennis players in recent years (perhaps his ranking isn't high enough), but a couple of years ago he successfully played at Roland Garros, defeating players like Bublik, Cecchinato, Coria, M. Ymer, Rune, Carballes Baena, and Hanfman on clay. He seemed like a player from Peru, but maybe he needs to win some challengers now to get points and return to more serious tournaments. This year he played a lot of matches on clay at African challenger tournaments.
Meanwhile, Austras Schwartzler is an unreliable player and only seems to perform in the final rounds. This happened in a challenger event in America when he was leading against Mitchell Krueger 5-3 in the final, but then lost 5-7 and the second set, receiving a 0-2 defeat.
So I believe that today, Austras will lose again, as either he has withdrawn or been tired after 3 sets in this challenger.

    (Tristan Boyer) @175 8/10
A very and even very high coefficient for the American. Although Boyer's results are very poor on the sand, he seems to be doing very well in this tournament. He has beaten Svrcina and other not-so-good tennis players and his serving game looks quite confident. The Spanish young player faced very weak opponents and although clay is a preferred surface, the American is clearly ahead in skill, so it is worth taking him with this coefficient.
