I supported both teams in this championship, for the Swiss it is a chance to win their first ever Ice Hockey World Championship. Meanwhile, for the Czechs, a win at home would mean a lot after 14 years. Initially, the Swiss players looked exhausted towards the end of the game yesterday, but most of them are used to such fast-paced matches and the added motivation should give them strength. The Czechs have a second-line defender J. Rutta suspended, as well as doubts about the performance of their first-line defender J. Krejcik, who broke his nose yesterday when he got hit in the face with the puck. It is hard to expect the same level of performance from the Czechs as they had yesterday against the Swiss, but their second and third lines still managed to score all the goals. Therefore, the Czechs still have some strong weapons in their arsenal.
