I find it very convenient to choose Orelikas in the overall team, as he is one of the main players and in situations when Gagic is being double-teamed and trying to score, my head will have many opportunities to make easy passes to him and Orelikas' matchup will be favorable, especially when Taylor is not playing. I also think that Sirvydis will receive a lot of attention from Berucka himself, making it easier for Orelikas to make plays.
