Seattle is one of the better defensive teams in my opinion. Their chances against Peru are quite low, so the odds are too low to bet on them. That's why the under on White Sox looks good to me, especially since during spring training, when they played against Seattle, the White Sox kept the score below 2.5 runs twice.
