Well, the Mongolia team is currently one of the hottest in the world, as they proved with their win against Aurora, but the Russians are better than Falcons, and in a BO1 match anything can happen, but in a BO3, the map pool clearly favors MongolZ, as they have better stats in two of the maps: only Vertigo (the Mongol's insta ban, so they won't play it) and Nuke (where MongolZ is actually good and could win). They are a super talented team, while their opponents, who have been bought with Arabian money, have been showing poor results, but that's not surprising when you look at their roster. They met a couple of months ago and MongolZ won, now this young core is even better, so I don't believe in revenge.
