Slovenia lacks enough good players in the midfield or high-level defenders who are able to maintain possession of the ball for a long time. The situation is much better for Denmark, as they have many well-known names and players who simply love to control the ball. Often, they will have control of the game until the very end. In November's national team match, Denmark had a 64% possession rate, and Christensen easily surpassed this total.
