To put it simply, there is nothing that would charm me about Romania and I am forced to think that they can win. Ukraine is not a top European team, but they definitely have good players who play well in their top league. The Romanians don't really have many star players who could perform well there. It is possible that they could win, but I would let the odds speak for themselves here.
