The American team is not bad at all. Most of the players play in the highest leagues and have quite a bit of talent.
Next up is Panama, where players play for clubs of a lower level, so I think the American team should manage to win and take 3 points.
It wouldn't be surprising to see a one-goal difference, but I'm going with -1 which is quite realistic unless something unpredictable happens during the game.
