I can't not try to go here with the Brazilians. 50/50 game, Latvia doesn't surprise anyone and if they don't shoot 3PT with a very good percentage, they will have a lot of trouble with Brazil. I don't see any major handicaps for Latvia without home walls. I also don't see a big points gap playing with Latvia.
